需求 may request permission from the Registrar to 参与 in the 仪式. However, students will not receive their diploma until their 学位 需求 are completed.
学生 may not be allowed to 参与 due to misconduct or behavior not conforming 到 standards of propriety congenial 到 College's heritage and aims, 也要遵守国家和民族的法律.
